Year-Round Programs for All Ages
Throughout the year, the Recreation, Arts & Culture Department offers a wide variety of programs and activities for youth, teens, adults, and seniors. Registration is available online through our convenient CivicRec portal or in person at Bal Harbour Waterfront Park.

Winter Program Lineup

January Through April 2026

We are excited to offer a special lineup of programs and activities for the winter months. All programs are now available for viewing, and registration for residents begins Friday, December 19, at noon. For any programs that still have space available, non-residents that would like to participate in a program as a guest of a resident can register beginning Friday, January 2, 2026. All programs (with the exception of fitness classes which are offered all month long) will begin the week of January 12, 2026.

Art & Sensory Enrichment with Ms. Angie
Gentle, engaging sensory activities designed to support early development through textures, motion, and hands-on discovery.

Zumbini
Zumbini is an early childhood education program designed for children from birth to age 5. Developed by Zumba and BabyFirst, Zumbini uses music and movement to foster cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skill development.

Art with The Art Place
In collaboration with The Art Playce. For an hour every week, young artists will explore a variety of artistic techniques and materials. Each week introduces a new theme and medium.
