The Village of Bal Harbour offers various convenient ways to report any concerns, such as damage, hazards, or outages in public areas (sidewalks, streets, parks, etc.). This includes our newest tool, the Citizen Request Portal. This tool, powered by Brightly, offers a convenient way to report concerns, and track the progress of your requests. Simply visit https://citizenportal.dudesolutions.com/BalHarbourFL/home to create your account, log in, and then click anywhere on the map to begin a request.

If you prefer not to create an account with our Citizen Request Portal, you can either use the form below to submit a request, or call our hotline, 305.993.7391, and leave a message with the details of your concern. Please remember to include location of the issue, and provide your contact info so you can be contacted in case of any questions. Please allow 48 hours for someone to follow up with your request.
