All Access Cards

All Bal Harbour Benefits in One Convenient Card

One of the Village’s new initiatives includes the All Access Card. The All Access Card is your convenient and complimentary way to enjoy all the amenities and perks of being a Bal Harbour resident. The card will act as a key FOB providing access to the new Bal Harbour Waterfront Park during regular operating hours.

The card will provide residents with several additional benefits including discounted and priority access to recreational programs, special offers, and complimentary access to our museum partners and events.

In addition to a three-story community center, residents can enjoy the various park amenities including an open lawn for passive play and special events, a performance area, a strolling path with fitness stations, an outdoor basketball court, playgrounds, and a splash pad. Additionally, residents will have exclusive access to rent the various rooms within the community center, picnic tables, and the basketball court.

Who is eligible for an All Access Card?

All Bal Harbour residents who live in the Village for at least six months per year or own property in the Village are eligible to receive an All Access Card. Eligible residents can receive an All Access Card for themselves and members of their household, ages 12 and older. Children under the age of 12 will receive the same All Access benefits, but will not have unaccompanied access to the Waterfront Park.

How To Apply

Bal Harbour residents can conveniently apply for an All Access Card online through our online registration portal, hosted by CivicRec, or in person at the Bal Harbour Waterfront Park. If applying online, please be sure to register all applicable members of your household for the “All Access Card REQUEST” listed under “Memberships”. Please note that your account will be listed as “non-resident” regardless of address, until your proof of residency is verified, and your All Access Card application is approved.

Once you have applied online, you can submit your valid photo ID (i.e. valid state-issued ID card, driver’s license, or passport) and required proof of residency (as listed below) via email to recreation@balharbourfl.gov. If applying in person, please bring your valid photo ID and required proof of residency with you or have them available to send via email.

Your application will then be reviewed by a team member and once approved, residents can stop by the Bal Harbour Waterfront Park to take their photo for the ID card and pick up their cards.

Once your application has been approved, your account will be converted to a “Resident” account, and each verified member of the household will be registered with an approved All Access Card membership.

Please note that residents will not be able to register for any events and programs online until your proof of residency has been verified and your All Access Card has been approved.

Please allow five to seven business days for processing.
