RFQ No. 2021-003 was advertised on March 26, 2021, for the provision of the necessary services to complete the Architectural, Engineering and Construction Administration services required for the design and construction of the new Bal Harbour Village Hall. Various locally, nationally, and internationally based firms showed interest in the solicitation.
At the September 13th, 2021 Bal Harbour Village Council Meeting, Resolution No-2021-1409 was approved authorizing negotiations for a professional services agreement with Zyscovich Architects and we are currently finalizing the contract. Next steps will require submission of concept designs and solicitation of public comments via our outreach meetings. These design meetings will culminate with Council approval of a Basis of Design Report, anticipated for the beginning of 2023.
