A convenient and beautifully maintained entry point to Bal Harbour’s shoreline, the 102 Street Beach Access Path offers residents seamless access to the beach just steps from home. This state-of-the-art path, designed by renowned landscape architect Enzo Enea, is a 25-foot wide, soldier-paver lined path with IPE wood benches and shaded areas for residents to enjoy their walk to and from the beach. It also features a stainless-steel body and foot shower. Entrances to the path are secured by locked gates only accessible with the Bal Harbour All Access Card.
Now Included with Your All Access Card
Beginning in Spring 2026, the Bal Harbour All Access Card now includes entry to the 102 Beach Access Path – eliminating the need for a separate FOB and streamlining access into one convenient card. In recognition of Earth Month, residents are invited to return their existing FOBs for recycling. As a thank you, participants will receive a $5 credit toward future Village programs or events.
