Library Card Reimbursement Program
Residents of Bal Harbour do not fall under the library district, and therefore, do not qualify for a FREE library card. However, Bal Harbour Village reimburses residents for (up to) two library card purchases per household. Eligibility is based on an annual basis effective on the date library cards are issued. To qualify for reimbursement residents must submit a completed library card reimbursement request form along with state-issued photo identification, proof of Bal Harbour Village residency, and receipt(s) of Miami-Dade County Library card purchase.
To request a reimbursement for your library card purchase, please complete the below form and email it to [email protected] along with the required documents. Requests will be processed in a timely manner and refund checks are mailed to the Bal Harbour address provided on the form by the applicant.
