The new beach access path located on 102nd street from Collins Avenue to the beach just south of the Oceana Bal Harbour is now open. This state-of-the-art path, designed by renowned landscape architect Enzo Enea, is a 25-foot wide, soldier-paver lined path with IPE wood benches and shaded areas for residents to enjoy their walk to and from the beach. It also features a stainless-steel body and foot shower. Entrances to the path are secured by locked gates only accessible by Bal Harbour Village residents through access-controlled Key Card Fobs.
