All Bal Harbour Benefits in One ConvenientCard
All Access Card
The All Access Card is your complimentary and convenient way to enjoy all the amenities and perks of being a Bal Harbour resident. Acting as a key FOB, the card provides entry to the new Bal Harbour Waterfront Park during regular operating hours.
With the All Access Card, residents enjoy discounted and priority access to recreational programs, special offers, and complimentary admission to our museum partners and events.
In addition to a three-story community center, the park offers an open lawn for passive play and special events, a performance area, a strolling path with fitness stations, an outdoor basketball court, playgrounds, and a splash pad. Cardholders also have exclusive access to rent community center rooms, picnic tables, and the basketball court.
Eligibility
All Bal Harbour residents who live in the Village for at least six months per year or own property in the Village are eligible. Eligible residents can receive an All Access Card for themselves and household members ages 12 and older. Children under 12 enjoy the same benefits but must be accompanied at the Waterfront Park.
