Bal Harbour, FL (Dec. 8, 2022) – Bal Harbour Village has unveiled its latest initiative to facilitate the way its residents and visitors connect and transact with the Village.
The newly redesigned balharbourfl.gov and balharbourflorida.com websites were launched with a new creative approach that incorporates the stunning images of this world-renowned residential community and destination of choice for the cultured traveler, with the latest in technology allowing for simple navigation and usage of the sites. “We are leveraging the beauty of the destination while prioritizing digital advancements to give our residents and guests both a memorable as well as streamlined experience when visiting either one of our redesigned sites” said Jorge M. Gonzalez, Village Manager for Bal Harbour Village. “Having information at their fingertips which is easily accessible will enable us to continue to elevate the Bal Harbour Experience our residents and guests have come to expect and enjoy.”
Keeping the end user in mind, the redesign focused on connecting the local government and tourism sites into one seamless interaction. The new sites are now integrated allowing users to conveniently transition from one to the other. “Staff has worked closely with an industry-leading web developer, Fuseideas, to create a unified site for both residents and visitors that exemplifies the pillars of the Bal Harbour Experience,“ said Bal Harbour Village Mayor Jeffrey Freimark.
The new sites are now available in multiple languages, allowing users to seamlessly switch from English to Hebrew, Portuguese, Russian or Spanish. This provides a more tailored experience on the site for our multinational residents and guests.
Additionally, the residential site provides the ability to locate any information needed, and complete transactions (e.g. bill payments, records requests, etc.) directly on the site, thus eliminating the need for a separate app. Prioritizing accessibility and responsiveness has been a key component of the new sites’ design in order to provide for an overall enhanced experience for Bal Harbour residents and visitors.
