Traffic Advisory: Temporary Access Changes at 9700 Collins Avenue (Bal Harbour Shops)

The Village is sharing the following traffic advisory that may impact circulation along Collins Avenue and 96th Street.

Beginning Friday, February 27, 2026, the 9700 Collins Avenue vehicle entrance to Bal Harbour Shops will be closed until further notice due to construction activity. Valet operations adjacent to Carpaccio will also be temporarily closed.

These changes may affect traffic patterns in the surrounding area. Residents and motorists are encouraged to plan accordingly and allow additional travel time when driving in the area.

Updated Vehicular Access

Drivers entering the property should use:

  • The 96th Street parking garage entrance
  • The 9800 Collins Avenue entrance

Valet service will operate from:

  • Level 2 (Green Level) of the 96th Street parking garage
  • 9800 Collins Avenue (Neiman Marcus entrance)
  • South Collins Gate at Saks Fifth Avenue (drop-off only; pickup at Neiman Marcus valet)

Rideshare entry and drop-off will take place on Level 2 (Green Level) of the 96th Street parking garage.
