Yes, Freebee is pet-friendly.

Yes, children are allowed in the vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult. This applies to anyone under the age of 18.

Freebee provides booster seats for children who meet the size requirements for their use. Smaller children and infants must be secured in a federally approved car seat provided by their parent or guardian.

Yes, you may bring groceries into the vehicle, as long as the items can be safely transported and do not obstruct the driver’s view or seating area.

Unfortunately, Freebee does not have a bike rack. Please leave your bike at home and take advantage of our convenient service to get where you need to go.

We recommend booking your ride at least 20 minutes in advance to ensure timely service.

You can request a ride to any destination within the service area boundaries. However, your driver will direct you to the nearest safe location to enter or exit the vehicle and will not stop in the middle of traffic.

Freebee drivers do not solicit or ask for tips. However, they may accept gratuity if offered for exceptional service.
