Streets, Sidewalks, & Street Lights
The Public Works & Beautification Department (PWB) is responsible for the repair, cleanliness, and installation of the decorative sidewalks within the Village. The Department is also responsible for the pavers near the Herman B. Fultz Bridge and the decorative crosswalks within the Village. The asphalt along Collins Avenue, Harding Avenue, and 96th Street are the responsibility of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). The streets at the entrance to the gated community and within the gated community are the responsibility of PWB to maintain.
Street lights Village-wide are the responsibility of PWB. Traffic signals are the responsibility of Miami-Dade Traffic Signals & Signs Division (TS&S). Street signs along State roads are the responsibility of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT).
