Install the Ride Freebee mobile app on your smartphone (available on the App Store and Google Play).
2. REQUEST A RIDE
Open the app and tap “Request a Ride” on the home screen.
3. SET YOUR PICK-UP LOCATION
Drop your pin exactly where you’d like to be picked up.
If prompted to “Select Your Destination Service Area,” choose “Bal Harbour Village” to ensure full access to all local destinations.
4. BROWSE LOCAL DESTINATIONS
Search by category or enter a specific address within the service area. You can even discover local spots offering exclusive Freebee deals!
5. SELECT YOUR DESTINATION
Confirm your stop and wait for your friendly Freebee driver to arrive.
6. ENJOY THE RIDE
Sit back, relax, and enjoy your free, sustainable trip! Snap a few photos and share your experience in the app.
REDEEM YOUR FREEBEE DEAL (OPTIONAL)
If your chosen destination offers a deal, simply present the offer on your app to the manager on duty and tap “Mark Offer as Used.”

Are Pets Allowed in the Vehicles?
Yes, Freebee is pet-friendly.
Are Children Allowed in the Vehicles?
Yes, children are allowed in the vehicles as long as they are accompanied by an adult. This applies to anyone under the age of 18.
Will There Be Car Seats Available in the Vehicles?
Freebee provides booster seats for children who meet the size requirements for their use. Smaller children and infants must be secured in a federally approved car seat provided by their parent or guardian.
Can I Bring Groceries into the Vehicle?
Yes, you may bring groceries into the vehicle, as long as the items can be safely transported and do not obstruct the driver’s view or seating area.
Is There a Bike Rack on the Vehicle?
Unfortunately, Freebee does not have a bike rack. Please leave your bike at home and take advantage of our convenient service to get where you need to go.
How Long Will it Take for the Car to Arrive?
We recommend booking your ride at least 20 minutes in advance to ensure timely service.
Can I Request a Ride to a Destination that is not on the Above List of "Points of Interest"?
You can request a ride to any destination within the service area boundaries. However, your driver will direct you to the nearest safe location to enter or exit the vehicle and will not stop in the middle of traffic.
Are Tips Expected or Required?
“Freebee drivers do not solicit or ask for tips. However, they may accept gratuity if offered for exceptional service.
