
EXPERIENCE RECREATION
Throughout the year, the Recreation, Arts & Culture Department offers a variety of Youth, Teen, Adult, and Senior programs and activities. Registration is available online through our online registration portal, hosted by CivicRec, or in person at the Bal Harbour Waterfront Park.
Residents should make sure to register for the Bal Harbour All Access Card for convenient access to programs and special events.

July Through August 2025
Amazing Athletes Camp | JULY 28 – AUGUST 1
This camp is all about active fun and skill-building. Kids will explore a variety of sports while learning the rules, strategies, and fundamentals that make each one exciting.
Campers will enjoy:
- Drills and gameplay in sports like basketball and soccer
- Strength and agility training
- Team-building games and activities
STEM Camp | JULY 14 – 18
Camp will be held by a highly educated STEM specialist who will guide campers through hands-on activities such as:
- 3D printing
- Drone flying practice
- Coding and robotics
- Maneuvering an electric puppy!
Taekwondo Camp | JULY 21- 25
Campers will develop confidence, focus, and physical fitness through structured martial arts training taught by two elite martial arts champions.

HIIT for Seniors
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for Seniors consists of periods of low-impact exercise performed in intervals combined with longer periods of rest.
HIIT is ideal for active people who would like to work out combining exercises of different styles in a balanced and safe way. This class will progressively help you develop greater resistance and muscular strength.
