Dreaming in Color

By Artist Andreina Ron Pedrique

Join us as we bring Miami Art Week to Bal Harbour. This original exhibit, which will be located along the Beach Access path south of Oceana, is a temporary installation from local resident, and professional artist, Andreina Ron Pedrique. This unique experience will transform the space into a garden of dreams and colors, where the community can come together, reflect, and immerse themselves in positivity and joy through art.

Local artist Andreina Ron Pedrique invites the community into a garden of dreams and colors with Dreaming in Color, a vibrant, interactive installation designed to spark joy, imagination, and connection. This multi-station exhibit immerses visitors in positivity through colorful murals, artistic sculptures, and participatory experiences.

Highlights include the “Dream On” Mural, perfect for selfies and family photos, and the “Make a Wish” Station, where attendees can tie colorful ribbons to trees, symbolizing their hopes and dreams. Dreaming in Color transforms the 102 Street Beach Access into a celebration of creativity and togetherness, offering a serene escape and countless magical photo opportunities.

Ron Pedrique describes the project as “a vibrant gathering spot where the community can create unforgettable experiences surrounded by art and beauty.”

ABOUT THE ARTIST
Andreina Ron Pedrique is a Venezuelan-born artist who has made Miami – Florida, her home. Known for her vibrant, large-scale paintings, Andreina’s work explores spontaneity and emotion. Her artistic process is deeply intuitive, allowing her feelings to guide each brushstroke, resulting in pieces that are both dynamic and deeply personal.

Inspired by the ocean’s fluidity and the transformative nature of water, Andreina’s work reflects her love for the flow and continuous evolution that water embodies, making it a central element in her process.

Andreina is fascinated by themes such as light and darkness, reflecting on the dualities within humanity. This exploration is vividly expressed in her paintings, which many collectors perceive as profoundly spiritual. Her pieces often evoke a sense of introspection, encouraging viewers to connect with the deeper aspects of their own human experience.

Over the past five years, Andreina’s work has been featured in numerous solo exhibitions and top art fairs across the United States, including Miami Art Week, New York, Charlotte, and The Hamptons, as well as internationally.
