Desde el Charco, a solo exhibition by visual artist Isabella Mellado (2014 YoungArts Winner in Visual Arts).
Curated by Luisa Múnera, YoungArts Senior Manager, Artistic Programs and Curator, Desde el Charco is a journey of discovery and self-actualization and is comprised of more than 30 works—including new works created specifically for the exhibition—that analyze and redefine the artist’s sense of self and the communities they inhabit, specifically in the nexus of queerness and latinidad.

Residents can conveniently register online through our online registration portal, hosted by CivicRec. You will need to create an account, which will be verified by Village staff, for residency.

Guests staying at one of our four Bal Harbour hotels can conveniently register by calling 305.993.7484  or by emailing events@balharbourfl.gov. Please include the following:

• complete name
• email address
• phone number
• number of guests in your party
• which hotel you are staying at

Proof of hotel key or reservation will be requested at check in.
