Short Version of the Agenda

The purpose of the session is to discuss settlement negotiations and strategh related to litigation expenditures in the following cases in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit:

1. BAL HARBOUR SHOPS, LLC v. VILLAGE OF BAL HARBOUR, Case No. 2024-010142-CA-01.
2. BAL HARBOUR SHOPS, LLC v. VILLAGE OF BAL HARBOUR, Case No. 2024-001246-CA-01.

The following people will be in attendance:

Please note that there will be a brief public Special Meeting of the Village Council, after which time a closed Attorney/Client Session will occur which is not open to the public, pursuant to Florida Statutes. The meeting will thereafter return to an open session before adjourning.
