This complimentary seminar is open to Bal Harbour female residents ages 18 and older with an approved All Access Card. Participants will learn practical self-defense techniques, situational awareness strategies, and tips for personal protection in everyday life. Space is limited, and advance registration is required.

About the Instructor
Officer Estopinan, with a lifetime of martial arts experience, has been practicing since the age of 9. With a strong foundation in Taekwondo, she has a passion for empowering others through self-defense. She is a certified Defensive Tactics Instructor, Firearms Instructor, and General Topics Instructor, currently teaching at the Broward College Police Academy, where she trains future law enforcement officers in defensive tactics and firearms. Her mission is to share practical skills and confidence-building techniques to help women protect themselves in any situation.
