Bal Harbour Waterfront Park

Welcome to the
Bal Harbour Waterfront Park

About the Park

This 1.5-acre enclave offers a variety of experiences for the community, including an open lawn for passive activities, strolling paths, meditative spaces, progressive exercise zones, and a “Mother Earth, Cycle of Life”-themed playground designed by award-winning Danish firm Monstrum. The property also features a splash pad, a terrace garden, and additional landscaping by Raymond Jungles, with a forest-style canopy guiding visitors to the new community center.

The intimate, three-story facility is a jewel of modern design, with mirrored-glass façades that reflect the park and bring nature inside. Spanning 15,000 square feet, the community center houses multi-purpose event spaces, an indoor toddler playground, and the administrative offices for the Recreation, Arts & Culture department. A landscaped, covered roof deck on the third floor offers stunning water and city views and serves as a flexible space for gatherings, events, or relaxation.
