This 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, established in 2018, honors the legacies of the late Chiefs Mark N. Overton and Miguel “Mike” De La Rosa. Chiefs Overton and De La Rosa were dedicated to fostering positive police-community relations, leaving a lasting impact on children and families.
