Delight in an afternoon with us as we gather for the grand opening debut of our Bal Harbour Waterfront Park. Residents will get an inside look at the three-story community center, where a variety programs, events, and activities will take place. Each room of the facility will be activated with classes and activities for guests to experience some of the programming coming to the center.
Event is complimentary for Bal Harbour residents.
Light refreshments will be served.

Bal Harbour Residents
Residents can conveniently register online through our online registration portal, hosted by CivicRec. You will need to create an account, which will be verified by Village staff, for residency.

Wristbands
All guests must have a wristband to enter the park. Wristbands can be picked up in person in advance at the Bal Harbour Waterfront Park on Friday, January 12 and Saturday, January 13, 9 a.m. – 8 p.m. Wristbands can also be redeemed at the event.
TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
Limited parking is available in Bal Harbour Village. Residents are encouraged to walk, bike, or ride their scooters to the park if possible.
In addition to the Bal Harbour Freebee, a special event shuttle will also be running from 3:30 – 8 p.m. to provide complimentary transportation to and from the event. Residents can catch the shuttle at any County bus stop along Collins Avenue. For ADA accommodations, please call 305.993.7444 or email events@balharbourfl.gov.
Overflow event parking is also available at the Truist Bank (9600 Collins Avenue). The special event shuttle will provide complimentary transportation to and from the event.
Ride share drop-off is available onsite, please follow all marked signage and the instructions of the BHPD.
PARK CLOSURE
In preparation for the event, the Bal Harbour Waterfront Park will be closed Sunday, January 14 and will reopen for the event only beginning at 4 p.m. The park will resume normal operating hours on Monday, January 15.
