Bal Harbour Waterfront Park
The Bal Harbour Waterfront Park provides residents with a beautiful community space to enjoy the outdoors, spend time with family and friends, and connect with neighbors.
Designed with the Bal Harbour community in mind, the park offers another special place for residents to enjoy the Village’s waterfront setting and exceptional quality of life.
- Jetty Beach Access – located at the north end of the Village, near the jetty.
- 96 Street Beach Access – located at the south end of the Village.
- 102 Street Beach Access – located south of Oceana Bal Harbour.
The 102 Street Beach Access is reserved for Bal Harbour residents and provides a convenient, centrally located way to reach the beach without having to walk to either end of the Village.
This entrance is gated and can be accessed with a valid All Access Card, which electronically opens the gate. Residents are encouraged to keep their All Access Card active so they can take advantage of this convenient resident-only beach access.
Museum Access
Bal Harbour residents enjoy access to an outstanding selection of museums and cultural institutions through the Village’s Museum Access Program.

Library Card Reimbursement Program
Bal Harbour Village offers a Library Card Reimbursement Program to help residents access the resources, services, and programs available through the Miami-Dade Public Library System.
Eligible residents may receive reimbursement for up to two library cards per household each year.
Shepard Broad Causeway Pass Plan
Eligible Bal Harbour residents may participate in the Shepard Broad Causeway SunPass Toll Pass Plan, a flat-rate toll-pass subscription program administered by the Town of Bay Harbor Islands.
The program provides eligible participants with zero-cost toll trips through the Shepard Broad Causeway when using their approved and properly mounted SunPass transponder.
Pass Plan Options
- Annual Pass: $350
- 6-Month Pass: $225
- Applicable payment processing fees may apply.
