Tourism
The Tourism Department is responsible for the marketing and branding efforts of the Village and is the liaison for the Tourism Board.

The Village Attorney's Office provides a broad range of knowledge and expertise in the area of city, county and local government law
Village Clerk
The Village Clerk serves as the Secretary of the Village, the Official Secretary of the Village Council, Boards and Committees, the Custodian of Records, and the Supervisor of Elections for Bal Harbour Village
Village Manager
Responsible for providing executive level leadership, vision and guidance to the organization, and recommendations to the Village Council
Village Mayor & Council
The Council meets a minimum of once a month (except in August) in the Council Chamber at Village Hall, unless otherwise noted. Variances must be received at least 21 days prior to the meeting to be placed on the agenda
