Building Department Launches New Building Permit Management Software

The Bal Harbour Building Department has been diligently working to increase efficiency within their department to better serve the community. Their most recent initiative includes launching a new permitting system, hosted by Central Square. The new permit software will allow for easier access to information and facilitate electronic plan review.


General Public
Residents, property managers, and members of the general public can search active permits, view current permits and status details. An account is not required to view this information.

Contractors must have a registered account to access their building permits, apply for additional permits, and schedule inspections. Contractors must call the Building Department (305.865.7525) for their login information. The Building Department will verify that the contractor is a registered contractor, and upon eligible status a login will be provided.
